Project Splendora An Khanh was conducted in the period of 2006 to 2013 with a total investment of approximately 2 billion USD. Located on the land with an area of 264.475 ha, Splendora An Khanh can accommodate 25,000 to 30,000 residents. Being expected to become the top modern urban area in Vietnam, Splendora is invested with synchronous technical and social infrastructure with public parks, commercial services, culture and senior housing. The whole project is divided into six functional parts including high-rise apartments, villas, adjacent houses, offices, commercial centers and supermarkets. The highlight of the urban area is the twin towers of 70-floor height. Being the most convenient position in the North of Vietnam, Splendora An Khanh promises to become a developing center in Hanoi.

Splendora An Khanh urban area is 9 km far to the west of the capital, Hanoi, along the high way Lang-Hoa Lac. It belongs to An Khanh, Lai Yen, Song Phuong and Van Canh villages – Hoai Duc district. Project Splendora An Khanh is divided into 6 functional parts: high-rise apartments with 6,440 units which equal to 1,187,993 m2 floor, villas and adjacent houses with 1,311 units which equal to 392,319mw floor, rental offices, commercial centers and supermarkets.

Villas Splendora An Khanh have a total area of 24.9 hectares and were designed by French architects. Therefore, they have a completely different style. Each villa plot has from 250m2 to 650m2 area, average height of 3 floors, focus on the green area, airy space and environmental friendliness. Security system with three-level control makes residents secured and quiet.

B.      Adjacent houses Splendora An Khanh
